Delivery and Shipping Policy with logistic partners. Risk of all losses for all the products ordered by you shall be passed unto you upon J@Y’s shipment to the logistic company. We use India Post and other certain Postal Service Companies. Our delivery timelines are 5 to 6 days within Kerala and charges are starting from INR 79. For orders outside Kerala, the duration may vary slightly and charges starts from INR 129. For international shipping, it will take within 20 days of dispatch, and charges varies. Delivery time may vary according to certain unforeseen events like bad weather, political events, transportation delays. If any queries, reach out to us, and we will respond as soon as possible.
